♥Order Policy- In Stock Items- Pre-Order Items♥

♥Order Processing

• All orders placed on www.ClassyChickClothingOnline.com will be processed within 2 business days, provided that the item(s) is(are) in stock and there are no problems with payment verification.
•  Some  items are pre-order basis; which are not ready stocks. Delivery lead time for pre-order items may take about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.
  Processing times for special-order items depend on vendors’ transit times, but they are generally processed within 72 hours.
• Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
• Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once Item has shipped.
• Classy Chick Puts Your safety first, each online checkout will consist of checking out with Money bookers and then a second verification from Visa Verified that your credit card information truly belongs to you  as the authorized user.

Orders are shipped using the following methods:

1. USPS Priority Mail (for APO, FPO, VI, and GU addresses)
2. U.S. standard shipping (5 to 14 business days for delivery in all states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
3. International shipping (see International Policy)

♥Order Cancellation

• To cancel or modify your order, please contact us via e-mail ONLY before 12:00 pm (EST). We will try to cancel the order; however, we cannot guarantee any cancellation or modifications to orders.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been processed. Orders are normally processed at or around 2:00 pm (EST) on Monday through Friday.
  • We only accept e-mail cancellations.
