♥Return Policy♥

  1. is not responsible for shipping costs for packages that are returned to us because of failure of delivery (e.g., multiple delivery attempts and insufficient address information) or refusal to accept delivery. We will not reimburse customers for delivery fees paid to ship the items, and we will not pay the shipping costs for returning items to our company, except for under certain circumstances (see #4). A store credit will be issued for returned items that reflect a deduction of shipping costs from the original costs according to the receipt of the returned items.
  2. We give our customers 10 business days from receipt of the items to return them for size exchanges or store credit, No returns will be accpeted on customized items.
  3. Customers pay the costs for shipping items back to For better service, the invoice number and customer contact information must be included with the returned item(s) unless prearragned with the RMA department.
  4. If the customer is returning an item as the result of incorrect clothing or shoes received, will assume full responsibility for the mistake. Therefore, the customer will be reimbursed for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). (Please note that the maximum amount of reimbursement will not exceed the original cost of shipping the item to the customer. Therefore, customers are advised to choose a return shipping method accordingly.
  5. If the customer is returning an item for a reason other than a manufacturer defect or receipt of incorrect clothing items or shoes, the original cost for shipping the item to the customer will NOT be refunded. The customer will ONLY receive a store credit for the cost of the item(s). If a coupon or discount was applied to the original order, the amount of it will be deducted from the store credit accordingly.
  6. For packages that customers refuse, the carrier may charge additional shipping costs.
  7. The original packaging must be included with the returned item. will refuse to accept any items that are returned without the original packaging.
  8. will NOT accept the return of items that have been worn, customized or used.
  9. We cannot accept returns of lingerie, hosiery, swimsuits, or intimate apparel items. All sales of these items are FINAL.
  10. We cannot accept returns for clearance items, accessories, or items that are $10.99 or less. All sales of these items are FINAL.

 ♥Out Of Stock Items
If your item is out of stock, Once you have ordered it.  Three  notices will be sent via email with the given option to have your order sent once restocked or to offer a refund for such purchased items. Refunds Take 7-10 days  to credit back to your account.   

♥Return Procedures

  1. Before returning your item(s) for any reason, you must request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) via e-mail at
  2. The subject line within your e-mail must read “RMA Request.”
  3. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Any package that does not have an RMA number will be REFUSED.
  4. Returns will be issued in the form of store credits 10 to 15 days from the date that the item acceptance e-mail is sent to the customer. We dont accept returns of customized items.

Our representatives will review requests for RMAs within 24 hours of the receipt of the requests. RMA numbers will be issued per the return policy that is listed above. Representatives may refuse to issue RMA numbers, if the requests do not meet our return policy.
